Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of Confy (confy.online), operated by Cornel Ștefănescu, an individual domiciled in Romania (“Confy”, “we”). By creating an account or using the planner, you agree to them. For questions, contact hello@confy.online.

2. Who uses Confy

Organizers create conferences, import programmes and invite participants. Participants are invited by an organizer to use the planner for a specific conference. Organizers are responsible for the people they invite and the content they import.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. The workspace owner controls who can manage its conferences.

4. Imported content

When you import a programme from a website or PDF, you confirm you have the right to use that content. You keep ownership of it; you give us permission to process and display it to your participants for the purpose of running the planner.

5. Pricing and payment

When paid plans are enabled, prices are charged per conference. The applicable price and any taxes are shown before you complete checkout. If paid plans are disabled, no payment is required to use Confy.

Payments are made through Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. For purchases through Paddle, you buy from Paddle, while Confy provides the conference planner. Paddle processes the payment, handles applicable sales taxes and provides the transaction receipt. Confy does not collect or store your card details.

Purchases through Paddle are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. For questions about Confy or access to a conference, contact hello@confy.online. For payment, billing or refund questions, use the contact details on your Paddle receipt.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Confy to send spam, upload unlawful content, invite people without a legitimate reason, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability

We work to keep Confy available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is”. Always confirm critical schedule information with the official conference source.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected conference. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending use

You can stop using Confy at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may update these terms; if changes are significant, we’ll notify organizers by email before they take effect.

10. Governing law and contact
